Well, I was going to post Day One of the Highland Games but my laptop got a virus and I spent all evening fixing it. Finally, I got it going but then it was too late and I was too tired to edit the photos for the blog. So you will have to wait until tomorrow.
So in lieu of a blog on the Highland Games, I will post a recipe instead.
We are getting four rescue cats in a week or so...as soon as I get more details, I will post it. We are getting them from Vicki. We haven't see the Great white owl so he (or she) has moved on.
