Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

· 1 cup self rising flour
· 1 cup sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar in another dish
· 3 TB melted butter, plus 2 TB unmelted butter in another dish
· 1 1/2 – 2 cups canned peaches
· I/2 tea cinnamon


Directions

Blend flour, 1 cup sugar, and 3 tbsp melted butter until smooth.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Pour fruit on top of batter.
Sprinkle remaining sugar on top.
Dot with remaining butter and cinnamon
Bake on 375 for 45 min or until golden brown on top.
