Pecan Praline Morsels

This is very easy and quick to make. It's quite a tasty treat.

2 C. pecan halves
1/2 C. light brown sugar, packed
4 Tbs. heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl combine pecans, brown sugar, and heavy cream.
  3. Spread into a pre-spayed square baking pan
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until coating is dry, and slightly crystallized, stirring once.
  5. Remove from oven to cool and stir once more. If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container.
You can add some vanilla for flavoring.
