"Getty Salmon" by Chef Getty

Since I have been recovering from the heart operation, Getty has been cooking dinner. He is an awesome cook!! Not to mention, I just started working full time and Getty is not working at the moment. We are hoping that the economy will brighten up. Anyone need a great painter....let me know!! He does interiors and exteriors.

So, he has cooked this meal for me several times and it is quite good.

I call it "Getty Salmon." It has snap peas, baby bok choy, cherry tomatoes on it.

Here is what I managed to squeeze out of Chef Getty as the recipe.

One Salmon filet per person Salmon Rub (rub on salmon)
Salt/pepper on top
Olive Oil (2 Tb to be rubbed on top)
Snap peas
Baby Bok Choy
Cherry Tomatoes
Rosemary on top of Salmon
Lemon Slices (very thin) and put on top of Salmon

Wrap all of the above in foil, cook at 475 for 20 or so minutes. It is very tasty and the salmon just melts in your mouth.

Mmmm, sounds very tasty! I've never tried to cook fish in foil - that sounds like a good way to do it for just me. Thanks for posting this! I love recipes!
