Lemon Chicken Kabobs


 2 chicken breasts, cubed in large pieces
1 red peppers, cut into large chunks
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 white onion, cut into wedges
6-8 mushrooms
6-8 cherry tomatoes
Chicken Marinade:

 1/2 C. olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp crushed garlic

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken in a Ziploc bag for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Slide chicken and desired vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Rub with olive oil to avoid sticking to the grill. Salt and pepper all sides.
  4. Grill on medium-high for about 3-6 minutes on each side
