- 1/2 c. finely chopped white onion
- Seasoning salt - for flavor
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2-2 c. Cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
DirectionsSpray a 13 X 9 X 2 inch-baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine soup, cheese, butter, onion, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Fold the potatoes into the mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350-degrees for 35-40 minutes top is browned and cooked inside.
