Greek Style Lamb Loin Chops

This takes less than 30 minutes to make. Get Loin chops and not Lamb Chops.

4 lamb Lamb Loin Chops
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tb Balsamic Vinegar
1 ts chopped fresh thyme
1 ts chopped fresh basil
2 ts chopped fresh rosemary
2 -4 cloves minced garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
1 ts salt
1/4 ts black pepper

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip lamb chops into mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Cover chops and refrigerate for at 30 minutes. You can soak up to one day.
  4. Place lamb chops on medium high heat grill over a and grill about 5 minutes per side. When the chops are brown, they are done. Cook Medium- Medium rare.
