Ingredients:
4 lamb Lamb Loin Chops
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tb Balsamic Vinegar
1 ts chopped fresh thyme
1 ts chopped fresh basil
2 ts chopped fresh rosemary
2 -4 cloves minced garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
1 ts salt
1/4 ts black pepper
Directions:
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip lamb chops into mixture to coat evenly.
- Cover chops and refrigerate for at 30 minutes. You can soak up to one day.
- Place lamb chops on medium high heat grill over a and grill about 5 minutes per side. When the chops are brown, they are done. Cook Medium- Medium rare.
