- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 TB garlic
- 2-3 TB honey
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves - packed not loose in the cup
- 3/4 cup canola or olive oil
- 8-10 small lamb chops
- 2 TB olive oil for drizzle
- 1/2 TB chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Have grill set at medium-high heat .
- Blend the balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, and parsley.
- Add the canola or olive oil until the mixture is smooth and forms a thick sauce.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Grill the lamb chops for 2 to 3 minutes each side until medium-rare.
- Spoon the sauce over the lamb chops. The sauce and be served on the side also.
