One lamb and his dog

The 10-year-old Springer Spaniel carries a bottle of milk to the flock in her mouth and gets her tummy rubbed by the grateful sheep in return.

Baa-aah... it’s too dog gone cute.  Jess, a 10-year-old Springer Spaniel, feeds an orphaned lamb milk from a bottle she has learned to carry in her mouth.

The spritely “sheepdog” loves to help out on owner Louise Moorhead’s farm in Devon, having been trained from a puppy not just to round up the lambs but also to help feed the 300-strong flock.  Louise said: “I need every paw I can get. Jess picks up anything you ask her to and one day a hungry lamb clamped on to the full bottle she had in her mouth.
