An Australian farmer says she's adopted one of her piglets as a pet - after it became convinced it's a dog. Tricia James found the three-week-old piglet "yelping like a dog" outside her home in Hornsdale, South Australia.
The piglet, which she named Miss Pig, has become best friends with her 10 dogs and now spends its days running around the farm with them. Ms James said: "It was quite strange, we found her at the back door like you would a dog, the pig sty is about 200m away.
"She eats with the dogs, hops into bed with them and makes all sorts of noises that are more like a dog. If I call her name, she comes running, again like a dog.
"She was the runt of her litter and just refuses to go back to the pig sty. It's the first pig we've had behave like this."
