Need a Saddle Fitter

Dawn is a good friend of mine and I highly recommend her for saddle fitting. If need to buy a saddle or have your existing saddle fitted, give her a jingle.

I've been a horse enthusiast my entire life. From the time I was a little girl, I'd dreamed of having a horse of my own. It was an act of Kismet that I came to find my mare Contessa, who has been with me through college and beyond. It was a result of a devastating saddle fit issue that I became interested in learning how to fit saddles myself. And it is with great pride that I consider myself, first and foremost, an advocate for the horse.

Education
Trained in England on how to fit saddles by the Society of Master Saddlers, I've developed a keen eye for what constitutes proper fit along with a deep understanding of the ramifications of an ill-fitting saddle. I've poured my heart and soul into the pursuit of knowledge pertaining to all things saddle related; from equine biomechanics to lameness issues and beyond. And my education continues. Reflocking

I was trained on both onsite and bench flocking by Master Saddler Ian Hastilow, member of the prestigious Worshipful Company of Saddlers. Ian has served as Society of Master Saddlers' President in times past, and is equally committed to making sure horses and their humans are properly fitted.
