We had snow for a few days. I had fun taking non dog pictures. I know you may find that hard to believe but took effort on my part. But I made myself do it. Tess was happy that she and her coat were not the subject this time.
I took a walk about the farm and looked at items on the farm in a different view. Snow has a way of presenting nature in a new light. (Click on the pixs for a larger view)
For example, the hollow of this tree. The snow is like a mini glacier.
A block of wood with it's new winter cap.
A weed with it's snow cap. Click on this for a detailed view of the leaves.
Can you guess what this is?
Look closer now. It's the pond. The one spot that is the last to freeze over.
The cat tail with their winter load, which fell down due to the snow weight.
And the last view before I went to bed.

Very pretty Diane. Something very relaxing about studying nature, seeing it in a different light and capturing it. :0)
