How hot is it where you live? Post where you live and the temperature. What are you doing in this heat wave?

haven't been home to Edgewick, WA but my car said it was 101 degrees in Shoreline on my drive home.
ReplyDelete83 degrees Green Valley, Ca. Lovin' it. Please keep the heat!
ReplyDeleteIt's 105 at my house in Sammamish. Jon said his car read 109 when he got home from work.
ReplyDeleteNice and cool in my downstairs especially with all the cold kegs of home brew 20 feet away in the garage. I saw 105 earlier on my deck here in Kirkland. Think cool.
ReplyDelete108 in Auburn. My dogs are not amused.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to my life.
ReplyDelete111 yesterday, 106 today, no end in sight... at LEAST 30 more days of hell. Oh..and our A/C barely makes a dent.
Today it topped out at 108 in Orting. Sheep Camp has not been fun. I have taken to calling it Fido's Furnace.
ReplyDelete56 in Berkeley, CA. Interestingly enough, they're calling for 103 in Moraga, less than 10 miles away. It's a bit surreal turning on the news and hearing about the 'heat wave' we're having.
ReplyDeleteFrom an email from my brother:
ReplyDeleteHow hot was it? so hot that one of the drawbridges swelled shut, the steel and concrete expanded to the point that it stuck it in the down position, not a problem for motorists, but the tall sailboats were out of luck. I saw 107 at the south end of lk Sammamish.
