Look what I found today

I found this today in my garden.



Anyone have an idea what this is? Seriously, I have no idea since I am familiar with water puddles and mud in the last few months.
Could this mean spring might be here?

    Looks like you got a little daffodil on your hands. Mine have mostly come and gone. Maybe it was just waiting for the ground to dry up.

    Yeah, I planted over 20 of them and only one came up!!

    I knew it was a daffodil...I was so surprised to see it.

    Of course, it disappeared just as fast as it came up!!
